While we are able to resolve the majority of customer issues remotely via phone or using a number of remote connection options. We strongly believe that not all problems can be resolved remotely and in some cases customer inconvenience can be minimised with an onsite visit. Therefore, onsite support is included in our SystemCare support plans.
Hardware cover is included in our SystemCare Premium plans, the only requirement is that network servers are covered by a warranty services once the manufactures warranty expires. Loan devices are also available as part of our hardware cover ensuring that users can continue working while failures are rectified.
